Prerequisites:
- A valid California medical license (MD, DO, PA, NP, RN, DDS, or DMD).
- Proof of malpractice insurance.
- A copy of your current medical, nursing, or physician assistant license must be emailed at least 2 weeks prior to the course date.
- Participants must bring their own model. (Model and/or malpractice insurance can be provided for an additional cost).
